Every now and then I get an email trying to figure out why our files can't be opened and printed correctly. Our zip files need to be saved and unziped to be able to print.  In case you don't know how to do that, here is a step by step tutorial on how to extract and print a zip file.

how to extract a zip file
Find where you have saved your Christmas Cake Printable.

Right click on your mouse (hit the button on the right top of the mouse) and a drop down menu will appear.  You will want to hit the "Extract All" button.

Another box will pop up asking where you want to save the opened file.  You can save it in the same folder you are in now, or place it somewhere else.  Just be sure you remember where.  If you want the file to open as soon as it is done extracting, click the check box towards the button indicating this.  When you are satisfied, hit the "Extract" button on the bottom.
